It was a pretty miserable day yesterday with rain on and off all day. So I had the chance to finish this new (to me) puzzle which has kept me entertained for the last week or so. It is quite a whopper but not particularly difficult.
Yesterday's rain got rid of almost all the remaining snow piles but my snow bank is hanging on although remarkably diminished. Won't be long now until it is gone.
Are you not tempted to finish the snow bank off yourself?
ReplyDeleteI love the puzzle. I used to do them all the time. I might start another one soon. Hopefully the new cats won't try to help. Who am I kidding?!
No, I want to see how long it takes to actually disappear. The cats would like the puzzle boxes.
DeleteSo tempted to start spreading what is left of our snowbank out front by shoveling it and scattering around the yard to melt a bit easier.
ReplyDeleteLove the puzzle.
God bless.
I did that with the bank at the end of the driveway and also put some from elsewhere on my vegetable plot. The garlic is sprouting there.
DeleteRIP, snowbank!! :-)
ReplyDeleteI like the puzzle - very interesting.
xx
It will still be here for another few days as we have below zero temperatures overnight.
DeleteIt is strangely satisfying watching your snow bank disappear! -Jenn
ReplyDeleteI bet you have quite a lot still hanging around!
DeleteInteresting puzzle. Yeah to melting snow ... as of 11:33am Sunday Old man Winter has been given his hat & the door is open to leave ... bye bye, don't hurry back! (col).
ReplyDeleteYes, the puzzle was fun and I learned a lot about global geography. Still quite wintery here but I have put away my winter boots!
DeleteI was thinking of taking a pic of the remaining snow in front, but did not. Gone now. Too little too late for me again, LOL.
