A Quiet Sunday

This will be a very boring post today. Quite heavy rain this morning but dry by noon and sunny for most of the afternoon. It actually got quite hot while I was out for my walk - I had to discard my jacket. A first for this year.

Eating leftovers tonight - a bit of salmon, some brussell sprouts, the last of Friday's rib steak and a salad. Also the rice pudding which was seriously delicious. Who knew?

Don't know what these are called but they virtually sprang up overnight in a sunny spot and there are more to come.

The puzzle progresses!

  1. A quiet Sunday sounds like a good thing to me. We took our first walk in short sleeves today, so it feels like spring here. I dug a puzzle out of the closet but we have yet to break the cellophane. We are most definitely lacking motivation around here, so it could be a very quiet week.

    1. I find as the isolation continues I become more lethargic. Today I sat at the piano and played for half an hour just to justify my existence. Unfortunately it is badly out of tune!

  3. Not a boring post. I enjoy reading about what everyone is doing, all over Blogland.
Your flowers look very much like our Glory of the Snow flowering bulbs (Chionodoxa). Could it be a variety of that?

  4. Very pretty spring flowers. So far I have nothing blooming in the garden yet. Looks like you are making great progress on the puzzle.
