The tire seems to be holding pressure but we had more snow overnight so I was out shovelling again this morning. Plus my winter boots have sprung a leak. No way am I buying another pair until next Winter. I will have to make do with my spare pair which are decidedly out of date but at least keep my feet dry.
We are in for some chilly weather tomorrow, -9C and that's the high for the day. It should warm up after that to -3C but I don't have anywhere to go over the weekend so might just hunker down at home until the weather improves.
It must be good exercise all this snow shovelling but leaky boots are not nice.
ReplyDeleteGood news about the tyre but not so great about the boots and the snow. I have to admit, I'd get some straight away as they won't date and it would save me having to remember to get some later on in the year. I'd forget until they were needed, you see.
ReplyDeleteStay warm and safe and have a lovely weekend.
xx
I'll be joining you in hunkering down. A storm is imminent and I've come down with a stomach bug. X
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness. Compared to your temeratures it is almost tropical over here at the moment! Good luck with the snow shovelling. I don't envy you that task.
