First Bowl of Raspberries

....and there are still lots ripening. I will have them for dessert tonight with yogurt.

I decided to try a zucchini loaf this afternoon and it turned out well. It has cranberries in it for a bit of zing. There's still some of the original zucchini left and there are two more almost ready to be harvested so I will have to come up with some more ways of using them.

    1. I was very pleased with how it turned out. The raspberries are all gone so I will have to pick some more for tonight!

  3. Lovely- we now have a glut of courgette/zucchini so a nice loaf cake is a great idea.

    1. Some years I don't get a lot of raspberries. This seems to be a particularly good year!

  5. Nothing sweeter than freshly picked warmed by the sun raspberries. Your zucchini loaf with the cranberries sounds delicious. I like zucchini in chocolate cake, which makes it extra moist.
