....and there are still lots ripening. I will have them for dessert tonight with yogurt.
I decided to try a zucchini loaf this afternoon and it turned out well. It has cranberries in it for a bit of zing. There's still some of the original zucchini left and there are two more almost ready to be harvested so I will have to come up with some more ways of using them.
Raspberries and the zucchini loaf both look delicious, enjoy both.
ReplyDeletePicked two more zucchini this morning so will have to get my thinking cap on for some new recipes.
DeleteThat loaf looks absolutely scrumptious and so do the raspberries. Lovely produce. xx
ReplyDeleteI was very pleased with how it turned out. The raspberries are all gone so I will have to pick some more for tonight!
DeleteLovely- we now have a glut of courgette/zucchini so a nice loaf cake is a great idea.

This recipe was quite easy - I shall definitely try it again.
DeleteZucchinis are very versatile things. I make a really yummy soup. I wish I could grow raspberries.
ReplyDeleteSome years I don't get a lot of raspberries. This seems to be a particularly good year!
DeleteNothing sweeter than freshly picked warmed by the sun raspberries. Your zucchini loaf with the cranberries sounds delicious. I like zucchini in chocolate cake, which makes it extra moist.
ReplyDeleteI do have a recipe for chocolate zucchini cake. Maybe I'll try that!
