Days In My Life: A diary of my life in retirement - food, books, gardening, travel, grandkids, and other pastimes that fill my days.
Yippee!! The tennis courts are open. Susan and I played singles for almost an hour this morning - first time ever in March!
Yeah for you with the tennis courts open. Your puzzle from yesterday's post looks pretty but extremely hard to put together.
I'm super excited to be out on the courts again. It's like coming out of hibernation!
Wow, my tennis days are so far in the past! My knees are beyond "shot." Glad you were back on the courts in pretty weather.
It should stay like this all week but back to frosty weather by next Monday.
Now your almost (but not quite) back to as normal as possible during this difficult time.God bless.
Managed to get an appointment for my shot for next Sunday so that's another reason to cheer!
That's great. Enjoy!
Should be the start of a great season.
Wonderful that you have been able to get back to playing your favourite sport. I think the last time I played tennis was when I was at school...many light years ago LOL! I suppose beach tennis doesn't really count! Have a great time :-) Amanda x
Any kind of exercise is definitely good, Amanda!
That must have felt great to be on the courts again! Yes, we really are emerging from hiberation (in more ways than one, hopefully, with more vaccinations being given). -Jenn
Things are ramping up - I get my first doze on Sunday.
